Year 6 Camp

Each year the year 6 students have the opportunity to attend a 3-day camp at Maranatha in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. It is a great opportunity to develop skills, resilience and social networks.

During the camp the students participate in various activities such as raft building, abseiling, climbing, ropes courses and many others under the care of the expertly trained staff at Maranatha.
It is a valuable experience and recommended for all students in year 6. The camp is  usually held in March each year. Rumour has it that the food is amazing.

Incursions/Excursions

Strathpine State School has a number of  excursions or incursions throughout the year that enable students to participate in a wide variety of learning experiences.
